i almost had a good experience, but the truly undesirable neighborhood made me feel unsafe and cheated. also, i’ve seen cleaner bathrooms in gas stations. how am i expected to rate this highly? a small complimentary drink would have been more than nice! don’t count on any help with complaints, they seem to ignore those.

The neighborhood left much to be desired, with unkempt yards and boarded-up windows adding an unsettling vibe to the stay. It's not somewhere I'd want to explore late at night. better options exist nearby if safety is a concern.

Unfortunately, the neighborhood felt unsettling, which detracted from my overall experience.
